• You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
• For returns within this period, please contact our customer service via info@hidro.nl
• The costs for returning products are at the expense of the customer, unless the item is defective.
• If the item is defective, we will pay the return costs.

Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we aim to process the refund within 5 days.
• The refunded amount will be credited back to the payment method used for the original order.
